The System was Designed for use with Two 249 MMBTU Per Hour Coal Fired Boilers. It Was Purchased New in 2007 and has Been Stored Inside Since Delivery. See Equipment Catalog for a Complete Listing of Items Included in Auction.

An Activated Carbon Injection System is an Engineered System from which Powdered Activated Carbon (PAC) is Pneumatically Injected from a Storage Silo into the Flue Gas Ductwork of a Coal-Fired Plant. The PAC Absorbs the Vaporized Mercury from the Flue Gas and is then Collected with the Fly Ash in the Plants Particulate Collection Device. According to the Dustex Corporation, ACI Can Reduce Mercury Emissions by More than 90%.

The System was Designed to Operate at a Plant with the Following Boiler Specifications:

EQUIPMENT REMOVAL: The equipment must be removed from the warehouse locations within 30 days of the auction. Buyers are allowed to use the rigging company of their choosing, provided the vendor can supply adequate liability and insurance documentation to the warehouse operator and seller.

Payment Information

13% Buyer Premium. All funds due and payable on day of sale via wire transfer (posting within 24 hours). No equipment can be removed from the site without full payment. Sales tax may apply. Buyers with exemption status must document this AT OR BEFORE REGISTRATION. The equipment must be removed from the warehouse locations within 30 days of the auction or by April 28, 2014. Buyers are allowed to use the rigging company of their choosing, provided the vendor can supply adequate liability and insurance documentation to the warehouse operator and seller. All removal/loading costs are the responsibility of the buyer. Buyers are required to submit a rigging plan within 7 days of auction. Buyer will be required to remove all items, items not removed will be subject to storage/removal/disposal costs for which the buyer will be billed.
