Plant Summary:
Riksch Biofuels was originally completed in 2006 and produced the first ASTM 6751 quality biodiesel in March, 2007. The plant produced biodiesel for approximately fifteen months before halting production in 2009 due to economic challenges. The plant has a unique ability to produce biodiesel utilizing a process that creates virtually zero waste and drawing on half the water used by similar producers. Based on the feedstock, the plant is capable of producing up to 10 MGY of product. The plant is well equipped to remain a biodiesel facility; or with the extensive indoor tank farm and loading set up, it would transition readily for a coop or fuel or oil distribution/storage facility.

Directions
The plant is located 1½ miles southeast of the City of Crawfordsville in Washington County, Iowa. Crawfordsville is in the southeastern portion of Iowa about 60 miles south of Cedar Rapids and 70 miles southwest of Davenport. The site is located along the south side of County Highway G-62 (320th St.) and bordered on the west by U.S. Highway 218.
Payment Information
REAL ESTATE: 10% Buyer Premium. Persons must show $25,000 Certified Deposit at time of registration to obtain a bidding number. $25,000 Minimum Certified Deposit due on day of Sale, with a deposit equal to 10% due within 2 business days, and balance due at closing within 30 days. Deposits are non-refundable.
EQUIPMENT: 10% Buyer Premium. 13% Internet Buyer Premium. All funds due and payable on day of sale via cash, wire transfer (posting within 24 hours) or certified check to Midwest Bank of Western Illinois. No equipment can be removed from the site without full payment. Sales tax may apply. Buyers with exemption status must document this AT OR BEFORE REGISTRATION.
