Yankton, South Dakota is located 85 miles southwest of Sioux Falls with close proximity to the Minnesota, Nebraska and Iowa borders. Primary highway access is via US Hwy 81 and SD Hwy 50 with I-90 and I-29 routes within 50 miles of the property.

Persons must show a $25,000 Certified Deposit at time of registration to obtain a real estate bidding number. $25,000 Minimum Certified Deposit due on day of sale, with a deposit equal to 10% due within 2 business days, and balance due at closing within 30 days. Deposits are non-refundable.
