Located in the Southern portion of the Pocono Mountains and part of the large metropolis stretching from Boston to Washington DC with easy access to major highways, including Interstate 80 and State Route 209, and close proximity to New York, Philadelphia, and Harrisburg.
Broker Participation is welcome but not required. A 1% commission will be paid to the licensed broker who, at the time of registration, registers the bidder who pays for and settles for the real estate.
