Payment Information
REAL ESTATE: 10% Buyer Premium; 13% Internet Buyer Premium. Persons must show $50,000 Certified Deposit at time of registration to obtain a bidding number. $50,000 Minimum Certified Deposit due on day of Sale, with a deposit equal to 20% due within 2 business days, and balance due at closing within 30 days. Peterson & Meyers is overseeing the closing. The Deposit money shall become Earnest Money and is non-refundable.
PLANTS: 10% Buyer Premium; 13% Internet Buyer Premium. All funds due and payable on day of sale via cash or wire transfer (posting within 24 hours), funds payable to Peterson & Meyers Trust Account. No plants can be removed from the site without full payment. Sales tax may apply; Buyers with exemption status must document this AT OR BEFORE REGISTRATION.

PLANTS: Current Nursery Registration # 47235268. The buyer is responsible for all necessary inspections and/or permits to transport the plants, see nationalplantboard.org. The buyer will supply a removal schedule to the seller within 7 days of sale. The buyer will have 45 days to remove potted plants and 90 days to remove in-ground plants. The seller will provide irrigation and on-site supervision for 7 days post auction, after such time, the buyer will assume all irrigation costs and on-site supervision personnel responsibilities or costs. No refunds or credits will be given on this lot, buyer are strongly urged to adequately inspect the inventory before bidding. Irrigation costs are $1,750/month payable to the land owner.
