Payment Information

REAL ESTATE: $50,000 on the day of auction as a first non-refundable deposit. If this deposit is less than 10% of the total purchase price, buyer(s) will supply a second deposit within 48 hours bringing the total non-refundable deposit amount to 10%. The balance is due at closing within 30 days.
