Real Estate property must sell for 2/3 of appraised value. $50,000 Certified Deposit due on Day of Sale Entirety Purchase; $25,000 Certified Deposit due on Day of Sale for each Tract: Real Estate, Biodiesel Equipment, Lab Equipment and Glycerin Interest. Biodiesel Equipment, Laboratory and Glycerin Plant Interest funds are due in full within 24 hours of the auction. Real Estate Balance due at Closing on or before 30 days as determined by the Court.
