At the time of its organization on December 19, 2007, the company had four managers; John Rothgeb, Gerald Moughler, Guy Rose and Glen Meyers. First Midwest Bank has no information related to the financial status of the company and has not reviewed the operating agreement governing its internal operations. No information is presently available as to indebtedness, income or loss.
