Broker Participation
Broker Participation is welcome, but not required. A 2% commission will be paid to the licensed real estate broker, who registers the bidder who pays for and settles for the Tract 1
real estate or signs and pays security deposit and first/last month’s rent for Tract 2. A broker buying/leasing on their behalf or any business entity which they hold an interest, is not entitled to a commission.
