Broker Participation

Broker Participation is welcome but not required. A 2% commission will be paid to the licensed broker who, no later than May 8th, pre-registers (with Maas Companies) the bidder who pays for and settles for the real estate. A broker buying on his/her behalf, or on behalf of any business entity in which he/she holds an interest, is not entitled to a commission.


Payment Information

10% deposit of certified funds is required to be paid to the commissioner of the sale. The deposit will be applied towards the purchase price unless the bidder defaults, in which case the deposit will be forfeited. Closing within 30 days.
