Reason for Sale: The equipment belonged to an integrated agriculture-energy company marketing renewable fuel products. The oilseed crushing facility supplied the feedstock for the onsite biodiesel plant. The site and biodiesel equipment has been sold, the building is being repurposed and the equipment is now surplus and must be sold.

Overview: Self-Contained Oil Seed Crushing Plant Equipment Package.
The Auction will Include Just the Equipment and Will Not Include the Building, Land or the Electrical Panels Needed to Supply Power to the Building. Building Electrical will Stay with the Building and Equipment Electrical will Sell with the Equipment.

15% Buyer’s Premium. All funds due and payable on day of sale via cash, wire transfer (posting within 24 hours) or certified check. No equipment can be removed from the site without full payment. Sales tax may apply. Buyers with exemption status must document this AT OR BEFORE REGISTRATION.

Selling AS-IS, WHERE-IS WITH NO WARRANTIES, GUARANTEES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. Items left longer than 45 days are subject to forfeiture. Removal, packaging and transportation costs are the responsibility of buyer. Buyers are allowed to use the rigging company of their choosing provided the vendor can supply adequate liability and insurance documentation. All sales are final.
