The equipment was purchased for a biodiesel facility that was to be built in Furnas County. The plant was to also have its own oilseed crushing plant that would supply feedstock to the 5 million gallon per year biodiesel plant. The plant location was picked based off oilseed production from the surrounding 100,000 acres. The plant was never completed, and all the remaining equipment is now surplus and must be sold.
PROJECT OVERVIEW:
The 5 million gallon per year Biodiesel Equipment Package was provided by TECHNOCHEM.
The 500 ton per day Oilseed Crushing Equipment Package was provided by Goyum/Sifter International.
The Screw Presses have been sold and are not included in the auction.
The remaining new Oilseed Cleaning Equipment and spare parts will be sold.
MANNER OF SALE:
The remaining new Biodiesel Equipment will be sold as a package.
The remaining new Oilseed Cleaning equipment will be sold as a package as well with the exception of the Meal Cooler which will be sold on its own.
All Equipment is Declared Surplus
And must be sold!!
