5 million gallon per year Biodiesel Plant Equipment Package
500 ton per day Oilseed Processing Equipment

The equipment was purchased for a biodiesel facility that was to be built in Furnas County. The plant was to also have its own oilseed crushing plant that would supply feedstock to the 5 million gallon per year biodiesel plant. The plant location was picked based off oilseed production from the surrounding 100,000 acres. The plant was never completed, and all the remaining equipment is now surplus and must be sold.

PROJECT OVERVIEW:
The 5 million gallon per year Biodiesel Equipment Package was provided by TECHNOCHEM.
The 500 ton per day Oilseed Crushing Equipment Package was provided by Goyum/Sifter International.
The Screw Presses have been sold and are not included in the auction.
The remaining new Oilseed Cleaning Equipment and spare parts will be sold.

MANNER OF SALE:
The remaining new Biodiesel Equipment will be sold as a package.
The remaining new Oilseed Cleaning equipment will be sold as a package as well with the exception of the Meal Cooler which will be sold on its own.

All Equipment is Declared Surplus
And must be sold!!

15% Buyer’s Premium. All funds due and payable on day of sale via cash, wire transfer (posting within 24 hours) or certified check . No equipment can be removed from the site without full payment. Sales tax may apply. Buyers with exemption status must document this AT OR BEFORE REGISTRATION.

Terms of Sale and Sale Transaction Subject to Owner Approval and Subject to Prior Sale. Selling AS-IS, WHERE-IS WITH NO WARRANTIES, GUARANTEES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. The equipment must be removed from the site within 30 days of the auction. Buyers are allowed to use the rigging company of their choosing provided the vendor can supply adequate
liability and insurance documentation. Items left longer than 45 days are subject to forfeiture. Removal, packaging and transportation costs are the responsibility of buyer. All sales are final.

In all transactions, Auctioneer is acting as an Agent for the Seller. Buyers are urged to inspect items prior to purchase. Seller and Auctioneer are not responsible for items. All information received from reliable sources believed to be correct but not guaranteed by the Auction Company. Any announcement made at the auction takes precedence over any material published about this event. In the event of a dispute, Auctioneer has final decision.
