Broker Participation is welcome but not required. A 1% commission will be paid to the licensed broker who, at the time of registration, registers the bidder who pays for and settles for the real estate. A broker buying on his/her behalf, or on behalf of any business entity in which he/she holds an interest, is not entitled to a commission.
REAL ESTATE: 10% Buyer Premium. $25,000 Certified Deposit due on Day of Sale with a secondary deposit bringing the total deposit amount to 10% of the purchase price due within 48 hours of the auction. Real Estate balance due at closing in 30 days.
EQUIPMENT: 10% On-Site Buyer Premium, 13% Internet Buyer Premium. $25,000 Certified Deposit due on Day of Sale for Biodiesel Equipment and $5,000 Certified Deposit for Laboratory Equipment. Balance of funds due in full within 24 hours of the auction.
REAL ESTATE TERMS: Buyers will be asked to show noted certified funds prior to receiving a bidder’s number. Selling subject to owner confirmation within 24 hours. EQUIPMENT TERMS: Buyers will be asked to show noted certified funds prior to receiving a bidder’s number. Funds payable to First Community Bank. Buyers will have 30 days to remove the equipment; items left longer than 30 days are subject to forfeiture. Removal, packaging and transportation costs are the responsibility of buyer. Sales tax may apply. Equipment is owned by First Community Bank.
