Bidding Directions:
Each property will have a separate registration and link at the property pages. These links will be available by Wednesday, June 6. The NDA is applicable to all properties. 1: Bidder must register via the online system with our bidding partner Proxibid; if you haven’t used Proxibid before, you will need to create a user name and password.
2: Bidder must have a signed NDA agreement on file with Maas that allowed the Bidder access to the locked web room(s) to perform his or her adequate due diligence.
3: Bidder must sign the escrow agreement and Bidder must provide return wire transfer directions so that the escrow deposit can be returned on or about Tuesday, June 19 if the bidder is not the successful buyer.
4: Bidder must deposit $5,000/per property or $10,000/Property 8 with the respective escrow agent.
5: Bidder must pre-sign the purchase agreement.

Payment Info: 10% Buyer Premium. Persons must provide $5,000 Certified Deposit payable to the respective Title Company at time of registration to obtain a bidding number. (Property 8 Requires a $10,000 Deposit.) A deposit equal to 20% is due within 2 business days, and the balance is due at closing within 30 days. The Deposit money shall become Earnest Money and is non-refundable. |
