Directions: The Plant is located about 6 miles east of Miller, South Dakota along the south side of U.S. Highway 14. Miller is located in Hand County in east central South Dakota at the junction of South Dakota Highway 45 and US Highway 14. The plant site is located approximately 55 miles north of Interstate Highway I-90, a transcontinental east/west expressway running through South Dakota from Sioux Falls to Rapid City. The plant site is situated between the Dakota, Minnesota & Eastern (DM&E) Railroad tracks and U.S. Highway 14, with an entrance to the site directly off U.S. Highway 14.
