Payment Info: 13% Buyer's Fee. Payments may be made via Cash, Wire Transfer, or Credit Card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express). A 3% surcharge will be added to all credit card transactions. All bidders must make complete payment, no later than September 28 at 5:00 pm. All items need to be removed by September 30th at noon. Any items remaining after that time are subject to forfeiture. Full Terms: Buyers are responsible for all removal charges.
Buyers will be responsible for coordinating and paying for any gas/water/electrical disconnects to items purchased. Any connections that are left as safety hazards will be made safe by a licensed contractor and bidder will be charged. Buyers are responsible for any and all damage that occurs to the real estate or adjacent lots during removal. Buyers must schedule a removal date and time with auction company. All items need to be removed by September 30 at noon. Any items remaining after that time are subject to forfeiture.
