The Green Gallons Solutions of Bonners Ferry plant opened in 2011 and produced quantities from 1,000-4,000 gallons of ATSM spec. B100 biodiesel per day from used vegetable oil recovered from the manufacturing, processing and retail sectors of the food industry. Green Gallons Solutions of Bonners Ferry sold B20 up to B100 biodiesel to local buyers and Canadian fuel brokers. The Equipment is Now Surplus and Needs to Be SOLD!

REACTOR SKID MODULE: On an 8’ Wide by 12’ Long and an 8’ Wide by 8’ Long Steel Skid with Full Diamond Checkered Steel Plate Deck Making One Common, Elevated Work Platform and Two Elevated Reactor Tank Work Platforms; Includes Two Reaction Tanks, Splash Heat Transfer Unit, Two Patterson Pump Co. Centrifugal Pumps, Four Duravalve Inc. Valves, Two Dunn & Bybee Tool Co. Control Panels, a Cabinet Containing the Water Separator and Methanol Separator Control Circuitry with a General Electric Dry-Type Drive Isolation Transformer.

EQUIPMENT REMOVAL: The equipment must be removed within 45 days of the auction. Buyers are allowed to use the rigging company of their choosing, provided the vendor can supply adequate liability and insurance documentation to the warehouse operator and seller. Equipment is selling AS-IS, WHERE-IS, all removal/loading costs are the responsibility of the buyer. Buyers are required to submit a rigging plan within 7 days of auction. Buyer will be required to remove all items, items not removed will be subject to storage/removal/disposal costs for which the buyer will be billed.

Directions

GPS units we tested did not take us directly to the site. Please follow these instructions: Heading North into Bonners Ferry on 95 (toward downtown) along the Kootenay River, turn right onto Ash Street (prior to crossing the river and prior to passing the casino). Go .2 miles and turn left onto Cow Creek Road. Go .3 miles and turn left onto Swede Island Road (private road), look for Fodge Pulp Products sign. Stay to the right at the fork and take the next left toward the tan and brown building. Green Gallons Solutions is in the North portion of the building with an entrance on the far (East) side.

Payment Information

13% Internet Buyer’s Premium. All funds due and payable on day of sale via wire transfer (posting within 24 hours). No equipment can be removed from the site without full payment. Sales tax may apply. Buyers with exemption status must document this AT OR BEFORE REGISTRATION.

Selling Subject to Owner Confirmation. Selling AS-IS, WHERE-IS WITH NO WARRANTIES, GUARANTEES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.

All items require a rigging commitment within 7 days; Small items must be removed within 7 days. All equipment must be removed within 45 days. All buyers are responsible to make removal and rigging arrangements; removal, packaging and transportation costs are the responsibility of buyer. All sales final. Subject to Prior Sale.
