SUMMARY: The plant uses a thermal process that is based on a Wyssmont Turbo dryer. The dryer operates in an oxygen free environment, has air-locks on the top and the bottom of the processor with a 2,100 lbs/hour capacity at temperatures up to 1,000 deg F. The processor feed system includes a fluidized bed dryer that can remove fines and dry material prior to processing. The types of material processed include passenger and truck tire crumb, wood chips, green wood pellets, and other woody biomass. Output results run from 80% (dry wood pellets) to 34% (tire crumb). The gas handling system at the facility includes a single stage condenser which cools and condenses the gas coming off the processing unit, and two 25,000 above ground tanks to store the resulting condensed liquid.

The property itself offers easy truck access, a full control room & SCADA system with a 2.5 megawatt electrical feed to the facility and natural gas infrastructure. Rail ready- switch stubbed to the east of the property. $2,400/month lease NNN.
