A 1% commission will be paid to the licensed broker who, prior to their client applying for onsite/online bidding privileges, registers the bidder who pays for and settles for the real estate. Payment Information

6% Buyer’s Premium. Successful bidders will deposit 20% of the purchase price in escrow within 24 hours of the sale. The Deposit money of a Successful Bidder shall become Earnest Money, will be applied to the Purchase Price at Closing, and is non-refundable.
