All purchased items must be removed from the site by appointment within 10 days. Small items must be removed within 7 days or are subject to forfeiture. Items left longer than 10 days are subject to forfeiture. Removal, packaging and transportation costs are the responsibility of buyer. Buyers are allowed to remove their own lots or use the rigging company of their choosing, provided they can supply adequate liability and insurance documentation.
A fork lift with operator for hire will be available in both locations. All sales are final. Assets owned by Ryan’s Found It Now, Inc. & Watford City Found It Now, LLC.
